People Trends & Strategies Including Multi-generational Workforce

Overview: This workshop provides a look at societal and organizational trends and how those affect people strategies of organizations that need to respond to and prepare for those trends. Issues related to multi-generational workforce, rapid rate of change, highly mobile (“free-agency”) workforce, cost-cutting measures, etc. are discussed.
Suggested Attendees: For senior leaders who want to be ahead of the curve on: handling issues of “free-agency” and multi-generational workforce, dealing with competition for talent as baby boomers retire or managing strategies for other workforce trends. Also for talent development and HR leaders, for directors, managers, supervisors and project leaders who need to respond to and plan for changes in the workforce. This workshop will be helpful to leaders at business, government and non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
Objectives:
